  • 24 Oreo cookies (crushed)
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 10 Oreo cookies (crushed)
  • For the Chocolate Ganache:
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 4 oz semi-sweet chocolate (chopped)
  • For Garnish:
  • Whipped cream
  • Crushed Oreos
  • Whole Oreo cookies

Instructions

 

  • Step 1: Prepare the Oreo Crust
  • In a bowl, mix crushed Oreos and melted butter until well combined.
  • Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes while preparing the mousse.
  • Step 2: Make the Oreo Mousse
  • In a large bowl, beat heavy whipping cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
  • In another bowl, beat cream cheese and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Fold in the whipped cream gently, then mix in the crushed Oreos.
  • Spread the mousse evenly over the Oreo crust. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  • Step 3: Prepare the Chocolate Ganache
  • Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan until just before boiling.
  • Pour over chopped chocolate and let sit for 2 minutes, then stir until smooth.
  • Let the ganache cool slightly, then pour over the mousse layer.
  • Chill the cake for another 1-2 hours until set.
  • Step 4: Garnish and Serve
  • Top with whipped cream, crushed Oreos, and whole Oreos for decoration.
