Instructions
Prepare the Oven and Pan:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Spray a 9×5-inch loaf pan with nonstick spray and line the bottom and two sides with parchment paper for easy removal.
Make the Batter:
- Mash bananas in a large bowl using a fork until smooth.
- Add sugar to the mashed bananas and mix well.
- Stir in eggs, vanilla extract, and canola oil until combined.
- Sift flour, baking soda, and salt into the banana mixture. Gently stir until just combined; avoid overmixing.
Bake the Bread:
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 40–45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Cool and Serve:
- Allow the banana bread to cool completely in the pan before removing.
