Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 cups fresh watermelon (cubed)
  • 10 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 lime (juiced)
  • 1 tbsp honey or simple syrup (optional)
  • 1 cup sparkling water (club soda or soda water)
  • Ice cubes
  • Watermelon slices and mint sprigs (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Blend the watermelon until smooth, then strain to remove pulp (optional).
  • In a glass, muddle mint leaves and lime juice to release the flavors.
  • Add honey or simple syrup if using, and mix well.
  • Fill the glass with ice and pour in the watermelon juice.
  • Top with sparkling water and stir gently.
  • Garnish with a watermelon slice and a sprig of mint.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

  • Make it sweeter: Adjust honey or use agave syrup.
