Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the melted butter, milk, and egg, then mix until a smooth dough forms.
- Heat a non-stick pan over low-medium heat and lightly grease it with butter or oil.
- Pour the batter into the pan, spreading it evenly. Cover with a lid.
- Cook for about 10-12 minutes on one side, then carefully flip and cook for another 8-10 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove from heat, let it cool slightly, and enjoy your homemade stovetop bread!
Notes
- For extra flavor, add herbs, cheese, or garlic to the dough.
