  • 1 cup (250 grams) creamy peanut butter
  • 2 cups (240 grams) powdered sugar
  • 2 cups (240 grams) graham cracker crumbs

For the Chocolate Topping:

  • 1 (12-ounce) package semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup (65 grams) creamy peanut butter

Instructions

  1. Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with foil or parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter and peanut butter until smooth.
  3. Gradually mix in powdered sugar until fully incorporated.
  4. Stir in graham cracker crumbs until evenly mixed.
  5. Press the peanut butter mixture evenly into the prepared pan, forming a smooth layer.

Make the Chocolate Topping:

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter.
  2. Microwave in 20–30 second intervals, stirring between each until smooth.
  3. Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer and spread evenly with a spatula.

Chill and Serve:

  1. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour and 30 minutes, or until firm.
  2. Remove from the pan using the parchment paper overhang, slice into bars, and serve.

Notes

  • Storage: Keep bars in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
  • Freezing: Store in an airtight container for up to 3 months. Separate layers with wax paper to prevent sticking.
  • Add a sprinkle of sea salt or drizzle with white chocolate for extra flair.
