Description

These No Bake Coconut Cream Balls are a creamy, chocolate-covered coconut delight, perfect for quick and easy homemade desserts. With just a few ingredients and no oven required, they make the ultimate sweet treat for coconut lovers.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 1/2 cups shredded coconut
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • 8 oz white chocolate or semi-sweet chocolate, melted

Instructions

  • Combine Ingredients:
In a large mixing bowl, blend shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar until a thick dough forms. Fold in chopped nuts if desired.
  • Shape the Balls:
Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Freeze for 30 minutes.
  • Prepare the Chocolate:
Melt white or semi-sweet chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between.
  • Coat the Balls:
Dip each frozen ball into the melted chocolate and return to the lined sheet.
  • Set the Chocolate:
Allow the coated balls to sit at room temperature or refrigerate until fully set.

Notes

  • For added texture, use toasted coconut for coating after dipping.
  • Substitute white chocolate with dark chocolate for a richer flavor.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
