Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Cream
- In a deep bowl, mix the mascarpone, whipping cream stabilizer, vanilla sugar, and granulated sugar for 1 minute.
- Gradually add the heavy cream while mixing until stiff peaks form.
Step 2: Prepare the Base
- Cut the ladyfingers into thirds, then cut one piece into three smaller pieces to form the dessert’s base.
- Repeat until you have enough pieces to cover the bottom of your serving dish.
Step 3: Assemble the Dessert
- Line a baking ring with plastic wrap and place it on a plate or coaster.
- Line the sides with ladyfingers and fill the bottom with the smaller pieces.
- Pipe a layer of cream over the base, then add a layer of Biscoff spread, followed by crushed Biscoff cookies.
- Repeat with another layer of cream.
- Smooth the top and leave room for a final layer of Biscoff spread.
Step 4: Chill the Dessert
- Let the dessert set in the refrigerator for at least 4-5 hours, preferably overnight, for the best texture and flavor.
Step 5: Add the Final Topping
- Gently melt the Biscoff spread over low heat or in the microwave until liquid.
- Pipe or drizzle a thin layer of Biscoff spread over the top.
- Garnish with Biscoff cookie crumbs, strawberries, or decorative Biscoff lines.
Notes
- For a softer base, quickly dip the ladyfingers in milk, coffee, or a mix of milk and Biscoff spread before layering.
- For a fresh twist, add a layer of chopped strawberries between the cream and Biscoff spread.
- Want a sweet & salty combo? Add a layer of salted caramel sauce.
- Storage: Keep refrigerated and consume within 2-3 days for the best taste.
