- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 small onion diced
- 8 oz mushrooms sliced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups cooked pasta or low-carb noodles
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Optional toppings chopped pickles, green onions, ketchup drizzle
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess grease and set aside
- In the same skillet, add olive oil and sauté onions and mushrooms until softened and browned, about 7 to 8 minutes
- Stir in garlic, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 1 minute more
- In a large bowl, combine cooked beef, mushroom mixture, cooked pasta, sour cream, and half of the cheddar cheese
- Transfer to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Top with remaining cheddar and mozzarella cheese
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly
- Garnish with optional toppings and serve hot
