- 1 cup fresh orange juice
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (optional, to taste)
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
- 2 cups sparkling water or club soda
- Ice cubes
- Orange, lemon, or lime slices for garnish (optional)
- Mint sprigs for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a pitcher, combine the orange juice, lemon juice, lime juice, and honey or agave syrup if using. Stir well to mix.
- Add the fresh mint leaves and gently muddle them with a spoon to release their flavor.
- Refrigerate the mixture for at least 15 minutes to allow the mint to infuse.
- Before serving, add ice cubes to glasses and pour the citrus mixture evenly into each glass.
- Top with sparkling water or club soda and gently stir.
- Garnish with citrus slices and mint sprigs if desired. Serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness to your taste by adding more or less honey or agave.
- Use chilled ingredients for an extra refreshing effect.
