Description

A refreshing and fizzy beverage that combines citrus juices with mint and sparkling water, perfect for a hot day or festive occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (optional, to taste)
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 2 cups sparkling water or club soda
  • Ice cubes
  • Orange, lemon, or lime slices for garnish (optional)
  • Mint sprigs for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a pitcher, combine the orange juice, lemon juice, lime juice, and honey or agave syrup if using. Stir well to mix.
  2. Add the fresh mint leaves and gently muddle them with a spoon to release their flavor.
  3. Refrigerate the mixture for at least 15 minutes to allow the mint to infuse.
  4. Before serving, add ice cubes to glasses and pour the citrus mixture evenly into each glass.
  5. Top with sparkling water or club soda and gently stir.
  6. Garnish with citrus slices and mint sprigs if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Adjust sweetness to your taste by adding more or less honey or agave.
