Description

This Mint Chocolate Shamrock Shake is a festive, creamy green milkshake with cool mint flavor and rich chocolate swirls. Perfect for St. Patrick’s Day or as a sweet, nostalgic treat, it’s made with simple ingredients and comes together in minutes.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1/2 cup milk (any kind)
  • 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract (not mint extract)
  • 23 drops green food coloring
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips or chocolate syrup
  • Whipped cream, for topping
  • Chocolate shavings or sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine vanilla ice cream, milk, peppermint extract, and food coloring. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Add chocolate chips and pulse a few times to incorporate, or swirl in chocolate syrup after blending for ribbons of chocolate.
  • Pour into a glass and top with whipped cream. Garnish with chocolate shavings or sprinkles if desired.
  • Serve immediately with a festive straw!
