Description

These Matcha Mochi Brownies blend the chewy texture of mochi with the rich taste of matcha, creating a unique and delightful twist on traditional brownies.


Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon matcha powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)

  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions
