Description

Ingredients

  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp matcha powder
  • 23 tbsp milk (for glaze consistency)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a doughnut pan.
  2. In a bowl, sift together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together sugar, buttermilk, oil, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.

  5. Fill doughnut pan cavities about 3/4 full with batter.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
