- 1 egg white (optional, for frothiness)
- Ice

Instructions
- In a shaker, combine gin, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup, matcha powder, and egg white if using.
- Dry shake (without ice) vigorously for about 15 seconds to froth the egg white.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake again until well chilled.
- Strain into a chilled coupe or rocks glass.
- Garnish with a lemon twist or a light dusting of matcha powder.
