Instructions
- In a bowl, mix mango puree, sugar, and lemon juice until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream (and vanilla, if using) to soft peaks.
- Gently fold the mango mixture into the whipped cream until well combined.
- Spoon into serving glasses or bowls.
- Chill for at least 2 hours, or until set.
- Garnish with fresh mango chunks, mint, or a dollop of whipped cream.
Notes
- For a firmer texture, add 1 teaspoon dissolved gelatin to the mango mixture.
- Use canned Alphonso mango puree for rich color and flavor.
