- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (or dairy-free alternative)
- 1/2 cup orange juice (or coconut water)
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
Instructions
- Add the mango, avocado, Greek yogurt, and orange juice to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Add honey or maple syrup if desired, and blend again.
- Add ice cubes and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
Notes
- You can substitute Greek yogurt with a plant-based yogurt for a vegan version.
