Description

A creamy and refreshing Mango Avocado Smoothie that’s perfect for a nutritious breakfast or snack, packed with healthy fats and tropical flavor.


Ingredients

  • 1 ripe mango, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 ripe avocado
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (or dairy-free alternative)
  • 1/2 cup orange juice (or coconut water)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Add the mango, avocado, Greek yogurt, and orange juice to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add honey or maple syrup if desired, and blend again.
  4. Add ice cubes and blend until smooth.
  5. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
