Instructions
- Preheat Oven:
- Preheat to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper or grease it lightly.
- Mix Batter:
- In a bowl, whisk together melted butter, sugar, eggs, lemon juice, zest, and vanilla until smooth.
- Stir in flour and salt until just combined. Don’t overmix.
- Bake:
- Pour batter into prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 22–26 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the center is set. Let cool completely.
- Make Glaze:
- Whisk together powdered sugar and lemon juice until smooth. Add zest if desired.
- Drizzle or spread over cooled brownies. Let glaze set before slicing.
