- 2 cups napa cabbage kimchi, chopped
- 1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)
- Cooked rice, for serving
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add sliced beef and cook until just browned, about 3–4 minutes.
- Stir in garlic and ginger; sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add chopped kimchi, gochujang, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sugar. Mix well.
- Cook for 4–5 minutes, allowing the kimchi to caramelize slightly and beef to soak in the flavors.
- Stir in green onions and cook for another minute.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve hot over rice.
