  • 1 to 1 1/2 cups cold water (adjust for desired consistency)
  • Ice cubes, for serving
  • Honey or agave syrup, to taste (optional)

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine the peeled kiwis, chopped cucumber, green apple (if using), lemon juice, and mint leaves.
  • Add 1 cup of cold water to the blender. Blend until smooth.
  • Taste the juice and add honey or agave syrup if additional sweetness is desired.
  • If the juice is too thick, add more cold water to reach your preferred consistency.
  • Pour the juice into glasses over ice cubes.
  • Garnish with a sprig of mint or a slice of kiwi, if desired.
