Instructions
- In a blender, combine the peeled kiwis, chopped cucumber, green apple (if using), lemon juice, and mint leaves.
- Add 1 cup of cold water to the blender. Blend until smooth.
- Taste the juice and add honey or agave syrup if additional sweetness is desired.
- If the juice is too thick, add more cold water to reach your preferred consistency.
- Pour the juice into glasses over ice cubes.
