- 3 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie chicken works great)
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup ranch dressing (sugar-free/keto-friendly)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp chopped green onions (optional for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease an 8×8 or 9×9-inch casserole dish
- In a large bowl, combine ranch dressing, sour cream, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth
- Stir in shredded chicken and half of the crumbled bacon
- Spread mixture into the casserole dish and top with cheddar and mozzarella cheeses
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, until bubbly and cheese is golden
- Top with remaining bacon and chopped green onions before serving
