- 1 cup jasmine rice
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)
Instructions
- Rinse the jasmine rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
- Add the rinsed rice, water, and salt (if using) to the Instant Pot.
- Close the lid and set the valve to sealing.
- Cook on high pressure for 4 minutes.
- Let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes, then release any remaining pressure manually.
- Fluff the rice with a fork and serve.
Notes
- You can double or triple the recipe without changing the cooking time.
- Use a 1:1 rice-to-water ratio for best results.
- Natural pressure release is key to avoid soggy rice.
