Fries & Toppings:
- 1/2 bag frozen fries
- 4 slices American cheese (or shredded cheddar)
- 2 onions, diced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp neutral oil
- 1/2 tsp salt

- Heat butter and oil in a pan over medium-low heat.
- Add diced onions and salt, stirring occasionally. Cook for 30+ minutes until golden and caramelized. Reduce heat if they brown too fast.
