Description
A refreshing and naturally sweet iced tea made with hibiscus flowers and ripe peaches, perfect for hot days.

- 4 cups water
- 1/2 cup dried hibiscus flowers
- 2 ripe peaches, sliced
- 1/4 cup honey or sweetener of choice (optional)
- 2 cups cold water
- Ice cubes, for serving
- Fresh mint leaves, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil.
- Remove from heat and add hibiscus flowers and sliced peaches.
- Let steep for 15-20 minutes.
- Strain the mixture into a pitcher to remove solids.
- Stir in honey or sweetener if using, until dissolved.
- Add 2 cups of cold water to the pitcher and mix well.
- Refrigerate until chilled, about 1-2 hours.
- Serve over ice and garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness to taste.
- You can blend the peaches before steeping for a more intense flavor.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
