Description

This Honey Garlic Glazed Salmon is a quick and easy dinner recipe featuring perfectly seared salmon coated in a sweet, garlicky glaze. Packed with flavor and ready in under 30 minutes, it’s a healthy and satisfying option for any night of the week.


Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce (low sodium preferred)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice (optional, for brightness)
  • 1 tsp cornstarch + 1 tbsp water (optional for thickening)
  • Chopped parsley or green onions, for garnish
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  • Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add salmon skin-side down and sear for 4–5 minutes. Flip and cook another 3–4 minutes or until fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
  • Lower heat to medium. In the same pan, sauté garlic for 30 seconds. Stir in honey, soy sauce, and lemon juice. Simmer for 1–2 minutes.
  • Optional: Add cornstarch slurry and simmer until sauce thickens slightly.
  • Return salmon to the pan and spoon glaze over the top.
  • Garnish and serve with lemon wedges and your favorite side dish.
