Instructions
- Add Pistachios to Blender or Food Processor:
- Place pistachios in a high-powered blender or food processor.
- Blend Until Smooth:
- Blend on high, stopping occasionally to scrape down the sides.
- First, pistachios will become a coarse meal, then clump into a paste, and finally smooth out into butter (takes 5–10 minutes).
- Store:
- Transfer to an airtight jar and store in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.
