This Homemade Pistachio Butter is made with just one ingredient—pistachios! It’s creamy, rich, and slightly sweet with a naturally vibrant green color. Perfect for spreading on toast, swirling into yogurt, or using in baking and sauces.

Instructions

  • Add Pistachios to Blender or Food Processor:

  • Blend Until Smooth:
  • Blend on high, stopping occasionally to scrape down the sides.
  • First, pistachios will become a coarse meal, then clump into a paste, and finally smooth out into butter (takes 5–10 minutes).
