Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 4-6 lemons)
  • 4 cups cold water
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1 cup mixed fruits (berries, kiwi, mango, etc.), chopped for ice cubes
  • 12 cups water (for making fruit cubes)
  • Ice cubes, for serving
  • Mint leaves, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare fruit cubes by placing chopped mixed fruits into an ice cube tray, fill with water, and freeze until solid (about 4 hours or overnight).
  2. In a large pitcher, combine lemon juice and sugar. Stir until the sugar is fully dissolved.
  3. Add cold water to the pitcher and stir to combine.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more sugar or lemon juice if desired.
  5. Refrigerate the lemonade until chilled.
  6. When ready to serve, add fruit ice cubes to glasses and pour lemonade over them.
  7. Garnish with mint leaves if desired, and serve immediately.
