- 1 tube refrigerated pizza crust
- 1 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- 1 tbsp Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp dried oregano leaves (optional)
- Spaghetti sauce (for dipping)
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Prepare the Dough:
- Roll out the pizza crust onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Make the Garlic Butter:
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter and crushed garlic. Brush this mixture evenly over the entire surface of the pizza crust.
- Add the Cheese:
- Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly over the garlic-brushed crust. Add dried oregano on top, if desired.
- Cut into Breadsticks:
- Before baking, use a pizza slicer or large knife to cut the cheese-covered pizza crust into 16 equal rectangles.
- Bake:
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and slightly golden.
- Cut Again and Serve:
- Remove the breadsticks from the oven. Recut along the lines made earlier to separate the sticks. Serve warm with spaghetti sauce for dipping.
