- 1 cup fresh strawberries, finely chopped
- 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
- 1–2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (if using plain yogurt)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, chopped strawberries, vanilla, and sweetener (if using).
- Spoon small dollops onto a parchment-lined baking sheet or into silicone molds.
- Freeze for 2–3 hours, or until firm.
- Pop out and store in an airtight container in the freezer. Enjoy straight from frozen!
Notes
- Use flavored yogurt for a no-prep version.
- Try blending some of the strawberries into the yogurt for a swirl effect.
- Works great with blueberries, raspberries, or mango too.
