These Healthy Strawberry Yogurt Bites are made with just a few wholesome ingredients—fresh strawberries and creamy yogurt—then frozen into bite-sized pieces. They’re refreshing, naturally sweet, and perfect for snacking or a healthy dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 12 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (if using plain yogurt)

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, chopped strawberries, vanilla, and sweetener (if using).
  • Spoon small dollops onto a parchment-lined baking sheet or into silicone molds.
  • Freeze for 2–3 hours, or until firm.
  • Pop out and store in an airtight container in the freezer. Enjoy straight from frozen!
