- 1 cup frozen banana slices
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (or dairy-free alternative)
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Optional: 1 tablespoon chia seeds or flaxseeds
Instructions
- Add almond milk, frozen banana slices, Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- If desired, add chia seeds or flaxseeds and blend briefly to mix.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
Notes
- Use frozen bananas for the best creamy texture without ice.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey/maple syrup.
