Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen banana slices
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (or dairy-free alternative)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup

  • Optional: 1 tablespoon chia seeds or flaxseeds

Instructions

  1. Add almond milk, frozen banana slices, Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. If desired, add chia seeds or flaxseeds and blend briefly to mix.
  4. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
