- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup almond butter or peanut butter
- 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (e.g., almonds, walnuts)

- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Line an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper.
- In a saucepan over low heat, combine almond butter and honey until melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and salt.
- In a large bowl, mix oats, chopped nuts, and dried fruits.
- Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips if using.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan and press down firmly to form an even layer.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until set.
- Cut into bars and store in an airtight container.
Notes
