Ingredients
3 ripe bananas, mashed
1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 cups oats
1/4 cup almond milk
1/4 cup raisins or nuts
1 cup dark chocolate chunks (Lily’s brand recommended)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and stir until well mixed.
Scoop spoonfuls of the cookie mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cookies turn golden brown.
Allow to cool before enjoying!
