- 1 oz coconut cream (or coconut milk)
- 2 oz pineapple juice
- 1 oz orange juice
- 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
- 1/2 oz grenadine (for a sunset effect)

- Pineapple wedge and maraschino cherry for garnish
Instructions
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add rum, coconut cream, pineapple juice, orange juice, and lime juice.
- Shake well until chilled and frothy.
- Strain into a glass filled with fresh ice.
- Slowly pour grenadine down the side to create a layered “sunset” effect.
