- 3 white tea bags (or 3 tsp loose-leaf white tea)
- 1 cup guava nectar or juice
- 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 3-4 lemons)
- 1/4–1/3 cup simple syrup or honey (adjust to taste)
- Ice
- Lemon slices and fresh mint (for garnish)
Instructions
- Boil water, then let it cool slightly before steeping white tea bags for 5–7 minutes. Remove tea bags and let cool completely.
- In a large pitcher, mix cooled tea, guava nectar, lemon juice, and simple syrup. Stir well to combine.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Serve over ice with lemon slices and mint leaves for garnish.
Notes
- For a fizzy version, substitute some of the water with sparkling water before serving.
- Adjust sweetness depending on the tartness of your lemon juice and guava.
- Use pink guava juice for a stunning color and deeper tropical flavor.
