Grilled Tzatziki Chicken is a flavorful, Mediterranean-inspired dish where chicken is marinated in a tangy, herby yogurt-based tzatziki sauce and grilled to juicy perfection.

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cucumber, grated and squeezed dry
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, dill, oregano, salt, and pepper to make the tzatziki marinade.
- Place the chicken breasts in a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Mix to coat well.
- Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates.
- Remove chicken from marinade and grill for 5-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, reserve some marinade before adding chicken to use as a sauce.
- Serve with pita bread, salad, or rice for a complete meal.
- You can substitute dill with mint for a different flavor profile.
