A light and refreshing summer dessert featuring juicy grilled peaches drizzled with honey and served with creamy yogurt.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
  • Fresh mint leaves, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Brush the cut sides of the peach halves with olive oil.
  3. Place the peaches on the grill, cut side down, and grill for about 3-4 minutes or until grill marks appear and the peaches are slightly softened.
  4. Remove the peaches from the grill and let them cool slightly.
  5. Place two peach halves on each serving plate.
  6. Top with a generous dollop of Greek yogurt.
  7. Drizzle honey over the peaches and yogurt.
  8. Sprinkle with cinnamon if using, and garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.

Notes

  • Use ripe but firm peaches for best grilling results.
  • Can substitute Greek yogurt with coconut or almond yogurt for a dairy-free version.
  • Add a handful of granola for extra texture.
