A light and refreshing summer dessert featuring juicy grilled peaches drizzled with honey and served with creamy yogurt.

- 4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
- Fresh mint leaves, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Brush the cut sides of the peach halves with olive oil.
- Place the peaches on the grill, cut side down, and grill for about 3-4 minutes or until grill marks appear and the peaches are slightly softened.
- Remove the peaches from the grill and let them cool slightly.
- Place two peach halves on each serving plate.
- Top with a generous dollop of Greek yogurt.
- Drizzle honey over the peaches and yogurt.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon if using, and garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
Notes
- Use ripe but firm peaches for best grilling results.
- Can substitute Greek yogurt with coconut or almond yogurt for a dairy-free version.
- Add a handful of granola for extra texture.
