Description

Grilled Honey Mustard Chicken Tenders are juicy, flavorful, and perfect for a quick and healthy meal. Marinated in a sweet and tangy honey mustard sauce, these tenders are grilled to perfection.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds chicken tenders
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place the chicken tenders in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Seal or cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to 2 hours.
  3. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grates.
  4. Remove chicken from the marinade and discard excess marinade.
  5. Grill chicken tenders for about 3–4 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and grill marks appear.
  6. Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • You can substitute Dijon mustard with yellow mustard for a milder flavor.
  • These chicken tenders are great served with a fresh salad or over rice.
  • Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
