- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1/4 cup ranch or your favorite dressing
Instructions
- Preheat grill or grill pan over medium heat.
- Rub chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Grill chicken for 5–7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked. Let rest for 5 minutes, then slice thinly.
- Warm tortillas slightly for easier wrapping.
- Layer each tortilla with lettuce, tomato, onion, cheese, and grilled chicken slices.
- Drizzle with dressing of choice.
- Wrap tightly, cut in half if desired, and serve immediately.
Notes
- Use whole wheat tortillas for a healthier option.
- Can be made ahead and stored in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
- Add avocado or pickles for extra flavor.
