Description

Grilled Chicken Wraps are a quick, healthy, and delicious meal option made with seasoned grilled chicken, fresh vegetables, and a flavorful sauce all wrapped in a soft tortilla.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1/4 cup ranch or your favorite dressing

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan over medium heat.
  2. Rub chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Grill chicken for 5–7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked. Let rest for 5 minutes, then slice thinly.
  4. Warm tortillas slightly for easier wrapping.
  5. Layer each tortilla with lettuce, tomato, onion, cheese, and grilled chicken slices.
  6. Drizzle with dressing of choice.
  7. Wrap tightly, cut in half if desired, and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use whole wheat tortillas for a healthier option.
  • Can be made ahead and stored in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
  • Add avocado or pickles for extra flavor.
