Delicious and creamy Green Tea Matcha Hot Chocolate Bombs that melt in your cup to release rich white chocolate and matcha flavors, perfect for a cozy treat.

- 8 oz white chocolate, chopped
- 2 tbsp matcha green tea powder
- 1/4 cup hot cocoa mix
- 1/4 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar (optional, for dusting)
Instructions
- Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
- Using a silicone sphere mold, spoon melted white chocolate into each cavity, spreading evenly on the sides to create a shell.
- Place the mold in the fridge for 10-15 minutes to set.
- Once set, gently remove the chocolate shells from the mold.
- Mix the matcha powder with the hot cocoa mix.
- Fill half of the chocolate shells with a teaspoon of the matcha hot cocoa mix and a few mini marshmallows.
- Warm a plate slightly and place the empty half shells on it to melt the edges.
- Quickly seal the filled halves with the melted edges of the empty shells to form complete spheres.
- Chill the sealed bombs in the fridge for 10 minutes to set.
- Serve by dropping a bomb into a mug of hot milk and stirring until melted and combined.
- Optionally, dust with powdered sugar before serving.

- Use high-quality matcha powder for the best flavor.
- White chocolate melts easily, so be careful not to overheat.
- Store bombs in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
- Can be served with dairy or non-dairy milk based on preference.
