- 4 slices of artisan bread

Instructions
- Prepare the Filling:
- In a small bowl, mix the ricotta cheese, grated Parmesan, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Set aside.
- Assemble the Sandwich:
- Spread the ricotta mixture on two slices of bread.
- Layer fresh spinach, chopped basil, and sun-dried tomatoes over the ricotta.
- Top with a slice of provolone cheese and close the sandwich with the remaining bread slices.
- Butter the Bread:
