Description
A refreshing and lightly sweetened iced green tea infused with fresh ginger and juicy peach flavors, perfect for hot days.

- 4 cups water
- 4 green tea bags
- 1-inch piece fresh ginger, sliced
- 2 ripe peaches, sliced
- 2 tablespoons honey or to taste
- Ice cubes
- Fresh mint for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a saucepan, bring 4 cups of water and the sliced ginger to a boil.
- Remove from heat, add green tea bags, and let steep for 5 minutes.
- Remove tea bags and ginger slices.
- Stir in honey while tea is warm.
- Add sliced peaches and let tea cool to room temperature.
- Refrigerate until chilled, about 1-2 hours.
- Strain if desired and serve over ice with peach slices and mint garnish.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness by increasing or decreasing honey.
- Use white or yellow peaches depending on preference.
- Can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
