Description

A refreshing and lightly sweetened iced green tea infused with fresh ginger and juicy peach flavors, perfect for hot days.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups water
  • 4 green tea bags
  • 1-inch piece fresh ginger, sliced
  • 2 ripe peaches, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons honey or to taste
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh mint for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, bring 4 cups of water and the sliced ginger to a boil.
  2. Remove from heat, add green tea bags, and let steep for 5 minutes.
  3. Remove tea bags and ginger slices.
  4. Stir in honey while tea is warm.
  5. Add sliced peaches and let tea cool to room temperature.
  6. Refrigerate until chilled, about 1-2 hours.
  7. Strain if desired and serve over ice with peach slices and mint garnish.

Notes

  • Adjust sweetness by increasing or decreasing honey.
  • Use white or yellow peaches depending on preference.
  • Can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
