For the Dough:
- 500 g flour
- 7 g dry yeast (or 25 g fresh yeast)
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 250 ml lukewarm milk
- 50 g butter (melted)
- 1 egg
- 1 extra egg (for brushing)
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
For the Chicken Filling:
- 300 g chicken breast (cut into small pieces)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 small onion (chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 50 g grated cheese (optional)

Prepare the Dough:
- In a bowl, mix flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
- Add lukewarm milk, melted butter, and the egg.
- Knead the dough for 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Cover and let rise until doubled in volume (about 1 hour).

Make the Chicken Filling:
- Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the onion and garlic until soft.
- Add the chicken and cook until golden brown and fully cooked.
- Season with paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Let cool slightly and mix with mayonnaise, mustard, and grated cheese (optional).

Shape the Rolls:
- Divide the dough into 6-8 equal pieces and roll each into an oval shape.
- Cut slits on both sides and place the chicken filling in the center.
- Fold the dough strips over the filling to create a braided pattern.

- Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
