redients:

  • 16 oz (450g) Brussels sprouts, rinsed
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil (or melted butter)
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, or to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 400ºF (200ºC) and position the rack in the middle.
  • Prepare Brussels Sprouts: Trim the bottoms of the Brussels sprouts and slice them in half lengthwise. Pat them dry with paper towels.
  • Season: Place the Brussels sprouts in a large bowl. Add olive oil, Italian seasoning, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Toss gently to coat evenly.
  • Arrange on Baking Sheet: Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it. Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on the sheet.
  • Roast: Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the Brussels sprouts are crispy and golden brown, tossing them halfway through to ensure even cooking.
