- Burger fixings:
- 4 brioche or hamburger buns, toasted
- 4 slices mozzarella or provolone cheese
- Lettuce, tomato, or sautéed onions (optional)

- In a small saucepan over low heat, melt butter.
- Add garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant (don’t brown it).
- Stir in Parmesan and parsley. Set aside.
- Form and cook patties:
- Mix ground beef with seasonings and Worcestershire. Form into 4 patties.
- Heat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat. Cook burgers 3–4 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
- During the last minute of cooking, add cheese slices to melt.
- Assemble the burgers:
- Toast buns and spread the cut sides with garlic Parmesan butter.
- Layer lettuce and tomato (if using), then add the burger patty.
- Spoon a little more garlic Parmesan butter on top before closing the bun.
