  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

  • 3 medium potatoes, diced into small cubes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano

Instructions

  • Prepare the potatoes: In a bowl, toss the diced potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano.
  • Cook the potatoes: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add 1 tbsp olive oil. Add the potatoes and cook for 12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and crispy. Remove and set aside.
  • Season the steak: While the potatoes cook, season the steak bites with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder.
  • Sear the steak: In the same skillet, add 1 tbsp olive oil over high heat. Add the steak bites in a single layer and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until browned. Remove from the pan.
  • Make the garlic butter: Reduce heat to medium-low. Add butter and garlic to the skillet, stirring for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Combine everything: Return the steak bites and potatoes to the skillet, tossing them in the garlic butter sauce. Cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  • Garnish and serve: Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
