- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Pat shrimp dry and season with salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add shrimp and cook 1–2 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
- Stir in lemon juice and red pepper flakes if using.
