- 2 tbsp honey
For the BBQ Glaze:

- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (for tang)
For Serving:
- 8 small flour or corn tortillas
- 1/2 cup shredded lettuce

- Lime wedges for garnish
Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the Chicken:
- Season chicken with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and chili powder.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook chicken for 5-7 minutes per side, until golden and fully cooked (165°F internal temp).
- Remove from heat and let rest before slicing or shredding.
