- 3/4 cup ketchup

Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Garlic Bread
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Slice the Italian bread lengthwise into two halves and place them cut-side up on the baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix softened butter with garlic salt. Spread the mixture evenly over the bread halves. Set aside.
Step 2: Cook the Sloppy Joe Filling
- In a medium skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and onions until the beef is browned and fully cooked (8–10 minutes).
- Drain excess grease, then stir in garlic powder, mustard, ketchup, kosher salt, black pepper, and water.
- Let the mixture simmer for 2–3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 3: Assemble and Bake
- Spoon the sloppy joe mixture evenly over the prepared bread halves.
- Top with shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
