Description

These Fun Fruit Skewers with Flower Shapes are the ultimate spring or summer party treat! Using cookie cutters to create flower-shaped fruits, these vibrant skewers are a healthy, playful option for brunches, picnics, and kids’ parties. They’re eye-catching, easy to assemble, and full of fresh, juicy flavor—no baking or cooking required!

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled
  • 1 cup cantaloupe, sliced
  • 1 cup watermelon, sliced
  • 1 cup pineapple, sliced
  • 1 cup kiwi, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup grapes (green and red)
  • Wooden skewers
  • Small flower-shaped cookie cutters

Instructions

  • Slice the fruits to about ¼ to ½ inch thick for cutting.
  • Use flower-shaped cutters to punch out flower shapes from watermelon, cantaloupe, pineapple, and kiwi.
  • Leave grapes and strawberries whole or slice in half if large.
  • Thread a mix of shaped and whole fruits onto each skewer, alternating colors and textures for a beautiful rainbow look.
  • Chill until ready to serve or cover and store in the fridge for up to 24 hours.

Notes

  • To prevent browning, brush banana or apple pieces with lemon juice if using. Try using mint leaves or mini marshmallows as “flower centers” for added detail.
