- 1 cup cantaloupe, sliced
- 1 cup watermelon, sliced
- 1 cup pineapple, sliced
- 1 cup kiwi, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup grapes (green and red)
- Wooden skewers
- Small flower-shaped cookie cutters
Instructions
- Slice the fruits to about ¼ to ½ inch thick for cutting.
- Use flower-shaped cutters to punch out flower shapes from watermelon, cantaloupe, pineapple, and kiwi.
- Leave grapes and strawberries whole or slice in half if large.
- Thread a mix of shaped and whole fruits onto each skewer, alternating colors and textures for a beautiful rainbow look.
- Chill until ready to serve or cover and store in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
