Description

Delicious bite-sized cheesecake phyllo cups that can be quickly made in the air fryer or oven, perfect for parties and sweet cravings.


Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 300°F (or oven to 350°F).
  2. In a bowl, beat together cream cheese, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and egg until smooth.
  3. Spoon the cheesecake mixture into each phyllo shell, filling them nearly to the top.
  4. Place filled phyllo cups in the air fryer basket or on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Air fry for 8–10 minutes (or bake in the oven for 12–15 minutes) until the filling is set and slightly golden.
  6. Let cool for 10–15 minutes. Top with fresh berries or fruit preserves.
  7. Dust with powdered sugar if desired before serving.
