Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 300°F (or oven to 350°F).
- In a bowl, beat together cream cheese, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and egg until smooth.
- Spoon the cheesecake mixture into each phyllo shell, filling them nearly to the top.
- Place filled phyllo cups in the air fryer basket or on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Air fry for 8–10 minutes (or bake in the oven for 12–15 minutes) until the filling is set and slightly golden.
- Let cool for 10–15 minutes. Top with fresh berries or fruit preserves.
- Dust with powdered sugar if desired before serving.

- Use room temperature cream cheese for a smoother filling.
