Description

A refreshing and vibrant fruit salad tossed in a zesty honey-lime dressing. Perfect for a summer snack or healthy dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup kiwi, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup mango, diced
  • 2 tablespoons honey

  • 1 teaspoon lime zest

Instructions

  1. Prepare all the fruits by washing, peeling, and cutting as necessary.
  2. Place the fruits in a large mixing bowl.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, lime juice, and lime zest.
  4. Drizzle the honey-lime dressing over the fruit and gently toss to combine.
