Description

Frozen Yogurt Berry Bites are a healthy and refreshing snack made with creamy yogurt and fresh berries, perfect for a quick treat or breakfast on the go.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, chopped

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or use a silicone mold.
  2. In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup if using.
  3. Spoon small dollops of yogurt onto the baking sheet or into the molds.
  4. Top each yogurt dollop with a few pieces of mixed berries.
  5. Place the tray in the freezer for at least 2-3 hours or until completely frozen.
  6. Once frozen, remove the bites and store them in an airtight container in the freezer.
