- 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or use a silicone mold.
- In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup if using.
- Spoon small dollops of yogurt onto the baking sheet or into the molds.
- Top each yogurt dollop with a few pieces of mixed berries.
- Place the tray in the freezer for at least 2-3 hours or until completely frozen.
- Once frozen, remove the bites and store them in an airtight container in the freezer.
